Sasuke The Blind Swordsman

Doujinshi Concepts for
Naruto: Second Wind

Well... It seems that I have been neglecting Sasuke...

So... this is what would happen if I were to incorporate Sasuke Uchiha into the doujinshi.

Since I suffer from bouts if sadistic cruelty, he would end up as one of 'em Blind Swordsmen… a la Kurosawa.

A humbling incident would have happened to Sasuke, where he ends up foregoing the path angst-up-my-butt jerk-ness for that of Bushido, and lives the rests of his days as a something akin to a ronin... and maybe, sometimes, a yojimbo-type.

Then, I'd probably have him traveling around the country side with some young, male apprentice or something-- some urchin brat to run into the towns and buy foodstuff, or do street tricks for spare change. Hey, that's what side-kicks are for.

He'd still hold himself as a dark Avenger, but the path would be a bit more honorable. While by no means a hero, and with a high bounty in the Bingo Books, he may still act as a force of justice that exists outside the law.

Hmmm...

Sorry Sasuke x Sakura fans... While I [illogically] like the pairing as much as the rest of ya, I don't see them hooking together in this tragedy-driven scenario I've cooked up. Well... it may still be possible, but they'd be in their 40's.
